When you lose something, or someone, a huge part of you shatters... but if you could dive into the underworld and fight until the end to reclaim what you love most... would you dare to face the Gods of Mictlan?
Luna Menguante (Nimotemak), meaning "Waning Moon (I surrender)" in spanish and nahuatl, the aztec's language. It's a song taken from my album Metztli, which talks about recognizing that, no matter how hard we try, there are things in life that won't come back. It reflects part of the grieving process explored throughout this record. Thank you For Your Consideration.
Lyric Video with English Translations teaser (the audio above has better sound quality):

Thank you so much for considering Metztli! I’m an independent artist who spent over 9 years creating this album.
My music blends metal, cinematic orchestrations and indigenous instrumentation with music therapy. Your time and consideration means a lot to me. Metztli is the moon goddess of Aztec mythology; this album was meant to help listeners process their losses and grief on a journey filled with self-awareness and reflection. We also included lyrics in Nahuatl, the ancient Aztec’s language. We recorded a DOCUMENTARY with the creative and recording process, available on YouTube ansd shared below with English Captions that was premiered in the movie theater CINEMEX in Mexico City
